Dr. FARHAT HUSAIN previously at Government Degree College, Bilaspur (Rampur) is the present Principal of the college. Dr. Farhat Husain joined U.P. Higher Education Services (UPHES-I) on 20th February 1975 as Commerce Lecturer at R. H. Government P. G. College, Kashipur and since than served the higher education in various capacities. Graduated in Commerce in 1969 and Post graduation in Business Administration in 1971 from Lucknow University, Dr. Husain did his Ph.D. degree from Kumaun University Nainital under the learned guidance of Dr. Mohammad Sayeed. Dr. Farhat Husain is the author/editor of many books-"Public Sector Commercial Banking in India", "Computerisation and Mechanisation in India Banks" are his important publications. Besides his several research papers have been published in reputed research journals and several presented at seminars/conferences, he has supervised many research projects. Till now four scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degrees under his supervision. He was the member of Executive Council of Bundelkhand University, Jhansi in the year 2004-05. He was associated with Board of Studies of Kumaun University, Nainital and Bundelkhand University, Jhansi.
