This institution of higher learning started its functioning in July 2007 to cater the needs of higher education of remote area of Distt. J. P. Nagar. The college is situated on Hasanpur Babrala highway at village Rehra. It is affiliated to Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and managed by the Higher Education Directorate of Uttar Pradesh Government. At present education is imparted in Arts stream at U. G. level.
